Shipments to U.S. Addresses
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories), and select International countries.
Shipments to International Addresses
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs inspection and/or customs fees and duties. JBWKZ Clothing, LLC. is not responsible for these actions or reimbursement of any customs fees or taxes. The international recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. Refused packages will not be refunded.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed.
In most instances, if your order is placed before 2pm PT on a weekday, we’ll ship it the next day. If your order is placed after 2pm PT on a weekday or if your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we’ll ship it out the next possible business day thereafter.
In rare instances, we can experience backlogs at our warehouse that result in shipping delays of up to a full business day.
Standard Shipping Costs
Shipments to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories):
$1 Handling fee + carrier shipping rate
Shipments to International Addresses:
$3 Handling fee + carrier shipping rate
Please note: The recipient is responsible for all Import Fees (e.g. customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges). Refused packages will not be refunded.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time
We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product for a full refund, less shipping fees.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
All product returns must have been purchased through the www.jbwkzstore.com website. If you have purchased JBWKZ products through another retail location, please contact that specific retailer for their return instructions.

Please include your original packing slip or include a note with your name, address, and telephone number. In addition, please note the reason for your return on the original packing slip or your enclosed note. Customer is responsible to return shipping costs.
Upon receiving your return, we will refund your purchase using your original payment method, excluding shipping charges. Please allow up to seven business days from the receipt of your returned package for your merchandise return credit to be processed.
