General Questions
NOTICE: Please be aware that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery services are experiencing delays. Priority, as well as, first class shipping are estimated to be delayed. Please bear with us as packing of the orders may experience delays as well. We are doing our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Also due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we currently are unable to ship to a number of countries including India and Saudi Arabia. On the other hand, we are now able to ship to a few more countries that we previously were not able to so please check for your country at checkout. We would like to reassure you all that we are following proper safety precautions as we are constantly sanitizing, maintaining safe protocols and always wearing masks and gloves. Your patience during this time is greatly appreciated.
JABBAWOCKEEZ - READ BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
- Will there be table service at the table?
- No there is no table service. We do have a bar located inside the theater. Service stops when the performance begins.
- Is there a restroom inside the theater?
- No, restrooms are located past the Jabbawockeez Theater on the right.
- Can we get our parking tickets validated?
- No, MGM does not validate parking for guests attending shows on property.
- Can I smoke?
- No, this theater is a non-smoking facility.
- Is there a bag policy?
- No bags larger than 12”x12”x6” are allowed in the theater. However, there is a complimentary bag check at the MGM Grand Bell Desk located in the lobby.
- Can I meet JABBAWOCKEEZ Performers after the show?
- There is a meet and greet opportunity and it does require the purchase of a meet and greet ticket. Meet and greet tickets are separate from show tickets. Please speak to the ticketing agents at the box office to ask if meet and greet is still available.
- What Items are Prohibited at the Jabbawockeez Theater?
- - Weapons, Firearms, Pepper Spray, Pocket Knives or Mace.
- Outside Food or Beverage
- Bags or backpacks will not be permitted into the venue expect for small personal bags or purses. (12”x12” and 6” Max)
- Smoking including vape devices and electronic cigarettes.
- Animals or Pets (accommodations made for trained, harnessed and housebroken service animals)
- Cameras with interchangeable/detachable lens or external flash.
- Patrons without shoes or shirt.
Disorderly conduct at any time will not be permitted within this venue.
Strobe lights and atmosphere effects may be used during today’s event.
SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFORMATION
- When will my order ship?
- After your payment is verified, it takes up to 72 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
- Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
- How are taxes and duties calculated?
- For Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) Orders: Duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on ship to country. If not included in the price, they will be shown at checkout.
For Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) Orders: As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.

- I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
- If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
- My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?
- "Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
- Why was my order canceled?
- If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com
